Our Organizational Design Results
Our Organizational Design services have been tested and refined through nearly twenty years of worldwide experience, yielding results such as the following:
- A global company had 200 key employees organized into two separate functional departments. Their positions were defined as functional specialists assigned to functional teams. Coordination of work was poor, and a disruptive new technology was planned that would require rethinking the way they worked. We designed and facilitated an initiative that enabled these departments to jointly clarify and communicate their business vision; create integrated, cross-functional business processes; define new roles of functional specialists on cross functional teams and establish Centers of Excellence to maintain key skills. The highlight of the project was the level of excitement and enthusiasm demonstrated by formerly anxious department leaders when new designs were synthesized and presented.
- The Sales, Marketing and Customer Service functions of a $1 billion US manufacturer were widely separated⎯in space, philosophy, reporting relationships and business practices. Since these were the key departments that touched customers on a day-to-day basis, this separation resulted in a fragmented customer experience that left both dealers and end user customers feeling frustrated and angry. We helped company leaders engage their staff, dealers and customers to develop a new customer experience vision, supporting business processes, and an integrated organization design that allowed them to realize the vision. First morale and then results soared.

30-minute
QUICKSTART Seminars are generally scheduled every weekday from 9:00 AM
- 9:30 AM Pacific Standard Time. 90-minute Seminars are generally
scheduled every weekday from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

A fee of
$250 is charged for each 30-minute QUICKSTART Seminar, and a fee of
$750.00 is charged for each 90-minute Seminar. These fees can be fully
applied to any services purchased within 90 days after the seminar.
